All in all everything was excellent, had an excellent stay for 2 nights. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was tasteful and marvellous and complete with the local wine, pastry and fresh fruit. Thoroughly enjoyed my time here.

The hotel is incredibly beautiful and exceptionally comfortable, it has incredibly welcoming staff at the reception desk. The venue rooms are new-fashioned and spotless with a bath and perfect AC, for instance. A gourmet restaurant has reasonably priced meals. This hotel is value for money...

We stayed here at both the beginning and end of our trip to Greece. For the first stay they upgraded us to a suite, which was really, really nice. We made good use of the rooftop pool (a rarity in Athens). Also, loved the housekeeping and turn down service in the evenings. Very comfortable bed.
The prices for "extras" are outrageous-- 15 euros/day for Internet (wired or wireless), a cup of coffee is 6 Euros, the breakfast buffet is 29 Euros (and not worth it). If we hadn't gotten a good hotel rate, I would have felt totally gouged. Tip: There is free wireless internet at the restaurants in the square next to the hotel (E.G., Pita Pan).

Pleasant stay, large comfortable room and bathroom, but a bit out of date. Old fashioned TV.
The price of the breakfast buffet outrageous at €29 per person. Luckily, there are a lot of cafes within a few hundred meters from the hotel.

Room was clean and nice - bit small for 4 people but serviceable. The rooftop pool is great after walking around Athens in August - very refreshing and nice views. A number of convenient restaurants on the same block.
Bit of a walk (30 minutes) to the major tourist areas (Syntagma Square) but the metro is only 10 minutes away.

The friendly staff. The location, easy walk to city centre but far enough to be quite offering a calm easy accessible area for Taxis etc. Nice little square with a park and evening restaurants near by. Fabulous view from the swimming pool and excellent spa.
Rather expensive Drinks in the Lounge Bar

The stuff was helpful and very polite.
I believe that the information that the hotel disposes in the Booked.net description is misleeding and out of the reality. This is not a 5* hotel at all. Hereby I mention some of the problems we faced 1) there is only 1 swimming pool in the roof garden with 60km/h wind. In the description there were 1 indoor, 1 outdoor, 1 indoor (seasonal), 1 outdoor (seasonal). Now they have changed it after i made complaint. I did not get an answer, neither an apology for my complaint even after they admitted that it was a mistake in the description 2) Breakfast 29 euro. 3) Fitness with surcharge. 4) Wired internet was charged even if they say its free in the description of the hotel 5) Tv crt 20 years old. They say satellite tv but i could hardly find a well known tv channel. I dont know which package the pay for (if they pay for it :-) ) 6) No space for your legs in the toilet. And i am only 1.75 7) There is no place to find breakfast nearby. For lunch dinner there is Pita pan by the corner (greek gyros) 8) spacious lobby with only 10 seats. It means that if you want to spent time you have to go to the bar and ... pay! 9) They did not change the cover sheet when it was dirty. 10) The size of the room is small for a 5* hotel and the furniture chosen make it even smaller. 11) there are 6 stairs in front of the hotel and i had to lift the pushchair of the baby every time i went in and out.

The room could use a flat tv. The bath amenities were great, the bed excelent mattress. The wifi was free of charge which is great in other hotels could get over 20,00 Euro a day with good signal. The most impressive of all was at my early morning check out by Mr. Giorgos, he was the most polite and efficient receptionist I have ever met.
